Installation

1. Start from a shadcn project

npx shadcn@latest init

2. Add the tokens

Tokens use shadcn's variable names, so existing components keep working. Entropy UI adds density, surface, border, status and log-level variables.

Import the file after Tailwind in your global stylesheet:

@import "tw-animate-css";
@import "./strata.css";

3. Add runtime theming (optional)

import { AppearanceProvider } from "@/lib/appearance"

<AppearanceProvider>
  <App />
</AppearanceProvider>

4. Add components

Dependencies between components are resolved by the CLI.

Namespaced registry

Once the registry is published, add a namespace to components.json and install with short names:
